One morning I set out to photograph the sunrise and instead this calm ghost crab ran out in front of me as if to say, “Hello” and stayed around as I continued snapping shots with his claws up, eyes bobbling, floating in the surf, riding the golden waves and scurrying back to shore to hang with me a little longer.
