Pause for Sunrise
Traveling to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina for a training class would be a treat for any business owner and especially a Nature Photographer. Before class I spent sunrises on the beach photographing jewel-toned reflections of the tidal pools and luminous sand carvings on shorelines where the birds paused for a moment to bathe and fish. The tender feeling of my feet walking on the hard sandy ridged surfaces washed up by the morning tides reminded me of long walks as a child on family beach trips to the Golden Islands of Georgia and pausing for a moment to swim in the warm sandy tidal pools.
